Cellar Club

Have your favorite Bethany Vineyard wines delivered right to your doorstep four times per year.

Cellar Club Benefits Include:

  • 15% discount on all wine and Tasting Room merchandise purchases.*
  • 20% case discount (mixed or same case).*
  • Discounted tickets to any concert in our summer concert series, Music in the Vines (limited to 4 tickets per concert).
  • No membership or cancellation fees.
  • Complimentary wine tasting.
  • Invitation to our annual Cellar Club Dinner.**
  • Special discounts offered only to Cellar Club members.

How the Cellar's Club Works:

  • Once a quarter (FEB, MAY, AUG, & NOV) we either ship your wine to you, or for those who live locally, we throw a Pick-Up Party where you can stop by our tasting room to pick up your wine.
    • Cellar Club members are sent an email 2-3 weeks before each shipment month to let them know when their wines are going to be shipped and the date of the Pick-up Party.
  • Members who opt to pickup their wine may do so within the shipment month. Wine that is not picked up by the end of the shipment month will be shipped to the member and their credit card will be charged.
  • Members that elect to have their wine shipped will be charged as outlined below:
    • 3 Bottles        up to $80
    • 6 Bottles         up to $160
    • 12 Bottles       up to $360
    • Plus Shipping Charges — Wine shipped via UPS ground

Cellar Club Member Obligations:

  • Cellar Club member is committing to purchase a minimum of 3 bottles of wine, 4 times per year during the months of FEB, MAY, AUG, & NOV.
  • Wine purchased outside a shipment month does not apply to the next shipment month.
  • Please be sure to let the salesperson know you are a Cellar Club member so that your commitment is accounted for and you don't receive a shipment at the end of the month!
  • Cellar Club members must give notice in writing or email at least 15 days prior to the end of a shipment month if they would like to cancel their membership.
  • If a shipment is returned to us unclaimed, the Cellar Club member is responsible for the shipping fees and service charge of $15, but will be refunded the cost of the wine. This also causes automatic termination of your Cellar Club membership.
  • In the event you would have us reship your wine, you will be charged an additional shipping fee equal to the amount of the original shipping charge.
  • In the event your Cellar Club membership is cancelled and you would like to have it reinstated, you will be required to fulfill the previous shipment commitment.
  • It is the member's responsibility to contact Bethany Vineyard & Winery with any credit card, email, or address changes.

 

Shipments costs will vary depending on your selection.

Bethany Vineyard ships all wine UPS Ground. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.

At Bethany Vineyard and Winery we respect and protect your privacy. Your name and any information you provide to us will not be sold to other companies. We keep this information strictly confidential and solely for our own use.
